You have to remember the German population was unaware of Eva Braun, her existence wasn't published. To the Soviets she would just have been another German girl, so unless the survivng top nazis decided to take her out of Germany with them, she would have been left in Berlin to face the Soviet troops. She may have been raped, many women were - but many of them survived the war. How her life would have turned out would have depended on which part of Germany she ended up in.

Since she personally had no input into German policy, I doubt if her name would have even come to the publics attention.
