When the whole house is excessively quiet then luck of residents stagnates and regular space clearing in every room of the living space, using the 7-metal singing bowl will help to bring balance of the energy and new beginnings. This is especially helpful to clear up any bad chi that has accumulated, while bringing in fresh new energies. It helps even more during the months when bad stars fly in. The clear ringing sound of metal can help to cut through the yin energies of the most dangerous earth stars, the #2 Black Star and #5 Yellow Star.
Before you will start space clearing ceremony focus your mind on what you are doing. Put singing bowl on a special cushion in your upturned left palm. Then gently strike the rim of the bowl three times to awake to bowl and move in the clockwise direction around your home starting from the main door and entering all main rooms of your home. Also you may use incenses or combine these two methods. Incense purification works best when you burn mountain incenses made of herbs or sandalwood. Make sure that incenses you use are free of any artificial fragrances.
Use special incense burner that has a handle this allows you to carry it around your home and allow the smoke that rises from the burning herbs (sage, lavender) or incenses to mingle with the energies of each room.
While performing ceremony open all windows and patio doors to invite new fresh energy.
It is a good idea to develop a routine for space clearing ceremony and the best day and time is Friday 6am or 6pm., this will continually fresh up energies in the house. With the time your living space would be purified with regular use and the singing sound will get purer signifying new vibrant energy.
