I tried to get it jumped, but that didn't work. My lights brighter, but received only vehicle still wouldnt start time. Any ideas? Thank you!

check the battery voltage. if your battery is good (on more than 12V DC) then you may have corroded wires, or a bad initiative. check all your wires first (especially if its ford, fords are notorious for corroded battery wires) and clean any corrosion you find. if that does not help then check the starter your. if you can jump start your car and everything works fine, then you know the starter is not guilty. at least not fully. if the car will not start to enter all you need an initiative. a weak battery, poor ignition, or bad wires, or a combination of these, can lead to all your symptoms.
