How can I put more tint on the eye shadow of the Movie Master "Joker" Action Figure?
I just bought a new movie master Joker figure. The detail is excellent. It's the new toys that came out, since it was sold out for a while. However, the shadow under the eyes is light. It's like a gray color instead of being black. How can I darken it up and not mess it up? It's a REALLY great toy. GO BUY IT! I just want it to look better. Give me an advice. Thank you.
The manufacturers paint ops usually use airbrushes. You could take a cotton swab (Q-tip) and dab it in black enamel paint cut with Windex. (Windex?!! yea, it will make the enamel paint stick to the vinyl and dry better). Oils may work if you use a Dull-Cote over the top.
Latex paints will just peel off.
So..Q-tip dipped in Windex-soaked black enamel paint. Then take a can of Dull-cote (similar to Clear-cote but flat) and spray over what you painted.
