What causes a lot of compressed Certo jam not set?
Did a batch of fig jam and batch is not in the room. My only deviation from the recipe (Kraft's Certo Fig Jam) is accidentally cooking jars of water bath longer than that sealing. Is there a lot cause overcooking Certo to stop working correctly? If not, what could happen? Is this the only one these "off" lots that are not dense?
