Gavin Law: a GP and a four-KNOW Excerpt from The Great Pumpkin Letters
Chief Crazy Captain Christo has time to pity the child has yet to meet. It is is one of the saddest story ever. Prepare yourself and reach for the sky. Do not forget the tissues.
